Technical University of Cluj-Napoca: a key player in Romania’s hydrogen research hub

The Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (TUCN) is part of the regional research hub for hydrogen-based technologies, Ro-HydroHub, alongside the National Institute for Research and Development in Cryogenics and Isotopic Technologies Râmnicu Vâlcea (ICSI) and the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest (UNSTPB). This ambitious project, announced by the Minister of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization, Bogdan Ivan, on Thursday, November 21, 2024, has a total value of 130 million euros, funded through European funds.
